Employer's Agent

Overview
Acting as Employer’s Agent, we represent our clients throughout the construction phase, providing impartial advice, contractual oversight and proactive project leadership. Our role is to safeguard your interests, manage risk and ensure projects are delivered in accordance with your objectives, programme, budget and quality requirements.
We administer and oversee the Building Contract on your behalf, providing clear governance and commercial control throughout project delivery. From coordinating project information and managing change control to certifying payments, reviewing contractor submissions and overseeing handover, we ensure contractual obligations are effectively managed and project outcomes remain aligned with your expectations.
Our team has a proven track record of administering Design & Build contracts across a broad range of development and built asset projects. Combining contractual expertise with practical delivery experience, we help clients navigate complexity, manage risk and protect their commercial interests.
A successful project begins with clearly defined requirements. We work closely with clients and design teams to prepare robust Employer’s Requirements that clearly articulate project objectives, performance expectations and site-specific constraints. By establishing clear obligations and responsibilities from the outset, we help minimise the potential for misunderstanding, variations and disputes during delivery.
Through proactive leadership, objective advice and rigorous contract administration, we provide clients with the confidence that their projects are being managed effectively from contract award through to practical completion and final account settlement.
