Rebbecca Chapman

I am a Senior Director and co-head of the Rights of Light team alongside my colleague Matt. I joined Anstey Horne in 2015 from a background in property law.

Since then, I have witnessed significant changes across the development industry, and have seen how Anstey Horne has adapted and evolved into the multi-disciplinary company it is today.

My work focuses on Rights of Light and daylight and sunlight analysis; assessing light conditions in predominantly urban environments. I particularly value the collaborative nature of development, working closely with colleagues across different service lines.

I took maternity leave in 2023 following the birth of my first daughter, and welcomed my second daughter in 2025. Life with two young girls—and a very needy whippet—is busy, but hugely rewarding.
