After completing a BA (Hons) Degree in Geography from Aberystwyth university, I quickly realised I was not cut out for teaching and embarked on a career in construction. I became a qualified Member of the RICS in 1993, spending 8 years working out of Birmingham before relocating to London in 1991. I just missed out on my 30-year gold watch from my last employer (RPS or earlier derivatives) and moved to Anstey Horne in 2022.

Being part of a rapidly growing team has been a highly rewarding experience. Contributing to the development of the team’s core capabilities and knowledge base, while drawing on extensive experience in the field, has provided an excellent opportunity to support both individual and organisational growth.

After many years living in central London, I relocated to the Surrey countryside in 2023. Outside of work, I enjoy DIY projects, have a keen interest in model railways, and enjoy having a good chat with just about anyone.
