Jason Brown

My interest in construction and the built environment led me to pursue a degree in Construction Management and progressed initially into a career as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. As my responsibilities expanded, I transitioned into Project Management, completing an MSc and developing a particular strength in forming and leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex project environments.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained broad and versatile experience across both consultancy and client-facing roles, delivering projects in sectors including student and residential accommodation, commercial offices, education, sports and leisure, and healthcare. This variety has strengthened my ability to navigate technical, commercial, and stakeholder challenges while maintaining a strong focus on achieving successful project outcomes.

I recognise the critical role that effective collaboration plays in the successful delivery of complex, fast-paced projects, and my perspectives on team dynamics and integrated project delivery have been published in industry magazines and journals.

Outside of work, I enjoy expanding my music collection (still proudly on CDs and vinyl), developing my motorsport skills, planning travel adventures, and improving my photography—ideally finding ways to combine each whenever possible.
