With over 25 years in the property and construction sector, I’ve seen projects evolve from ideas on paper to thriving spaces. After starting with a main contractor, I moved into cost consultancy in 2003, spending two decades at EC Harris and RPS Group before joining Anstey Horne in 2023 as Cost Management Director. I focus on contributing to the growth of our Project and Cost Management division and delivering smart, efficient solutions for our clients.
I specialize in pre- and post-contract cost management for complex new-build, regeneration, and refurbishment projects, with extensive experience in the residential and student sectors. Leading a talented commercial team, I make sure we combine innovation with best practice to achieve outstanding results.
What excites me most is seeing a built asset take shape from inception through to completion and helping clients get there with confidence.
Outside work, I am passionate about self-defence and practice Krav Maga (yes, plenty of blood, sweat and tears!). In my early twenties I even organized a club night in Holborn—music, security, promotion—the works. It taught me a lot about planning and persistence.
