Managing Director

I studied in Leicester during the 1990s and, after graduating, moved to London to work for a large housebuilder. That early experience solidified a practical grounding in how developments are delivered under real commercial pressure. In 1999, I moved into consultancy, taking on my first role focused on construction compliance and governance, an area that has shaped my career ever since.

I have worked across most sectors, including residential, commercial, purpose-built student accommodation, education, and retail. This breadth has reinforced the importance of proportionate, well-judged advice rather than one-size-fits-all solutions, particularly where regulation, safety, and long-term asset value intersect.

Alongside my professional work, I am a Trustee of the children’s hospice Demelza, where I provide property and hard asset support to the Board. It is a role that keeps my perspective grounded and reinforces the real-world impact of good decision-making.

My family (which includes our Cockapoo, the pet of the suburbs),and I live in Bromley, where we enjoy camping and country walks. When I have time to myself, I enjoy cycling and smallbore target shooting, both of which appeal to my preference for focus, discipline, and clarity.
